Indirect, stable high-temperature heating
Drying, hot pressing, laminating, reactor and vessel jackets, heat exchangers, asphalt and other closed-loop process heating duties.
Process heat, specified correctly
30 years of professional manufacturing experience · One of China’s leading industrial boiler manufacturers
Focused on quality, system engineering and equipment reliability, JIELI develops complete steam boiler and thermal oil heater systems for demanding industrial plants.
Start with the process
Thermal oil and steam solve different process problems. A correct first decision reduces operating risk, unnecessary pressure and lifecycle cost.
The fundamental difference
Most thermal oil systems circulate an organic heat-transfer fluid in the liquid phase. Because the fluid does not have to boil to carry useful process heat, the system can provide high-temperature heat without generating steam pressure. It also avoids boiler-water testing, deoxygenation, demineralization and condensate recovery because no water-side condensate is produced.
Drying, hot pressing, laminating, reactor and vessel jackets, heat exchangers, asphalt and other closed-loop process heating duties.
Direct steam injection or contact heating, general process heating, reactor jackets, sterilization, humidification, washing and other duties that specifically require steam.
For plywood presses, asphalt tanks, chemical reactors, textile stenters and other duties requiring stable high-temperature heat without high steam pressure.
Compare thermal fluid heater options
Fire-tube, water-tube and biomass systems selected by steam load, pressure, fuel, water quality and condensate-return conditions.
Compare industrial steam boiler optionsApplication-led engineering
Thermal oil supply for hot presses, dryers and continuous production lines, with return-temperature and pump-flow checks.
Tank, pipeline and mixing-plant heating sized for cold starts, ambient conditions and the required product temperature.
Stable jacket or coil heating for reactors, distillation and process vessels, with temperature-control and safety-loop review.
Steam and thermal fluid duties for cooking, refining, drying and cleaning, with water treatment and heat recovery considered.
Fuel and system scope
Fuel availability, emissions limits, turndown, automation level and local service capability can change the best configuration. We compare the complete operating system rather than isolating the boiler body.
Quick engineering reference
Regional specifications may express the same heat duty in kcal/h, kW, MW or MMBtu/h. Use this quick comparison for early planning; final selection still requires process temperatures, efficiency, fuel and operating profile.
Project proof
This 5,000,000 kcal/h gas-fired thermal oil heater project in South Korea shows the system-level view: heater, combustion, circulation, piping interfaces, controls and site layout are coordinated as one operating package.

System-integration capability
Boiler performance depends on the control architecture and project-specific flue-gas or waste-gas treatment scope—not only the pressure vessel or heater body.
